Routine: Barbell squats, deadlifts, leg press, quad extension, standing cable glute extensions, calf extensions.

Routine: Hanging leg raises, heels to the heavens, leg pull-ins, cable crunches, windshield wipes, plank crunch, bridges.
💪 Chest & Triceps Workout 💪
Routine: Press-up, incline dumbbell press, chest flyes, low cable flys, dips, cable overhead tricep extension, tricep rope pull-downs.
