This can be accomplished in under 8 minutes (slightly more if you wish to spend some time to decorate your bowl).

Raspberry & Blueberry Whey Bowl

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • ½ cup raspberry
  • ¾ banana (sliced)
  • ¾ scoop of whey protein (add a bit of water)
    *or you can use greek yogurt (or peanut butter and almond milk [v]) as an alternative.
  • ½ cup blueberry
  • ¾ banana (sliced)
  • ¾ scoop of whey protein (add a bit of water)
    *or you can use greek yogurt (or peanut butter and almond milk [v]) as an alternative.
  • ½ cup granola (or gluten-free granola [gf])
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
    *remaining banana slices and raspberries for decorations.
    (You can top with whatever toppings you like: chia seeds, shredded coconut, strawberry, you name it!)
